1. SaaS Subscription Refunds
For monthly or annual SaaS subscriptions:
- Refunds may be considered within 7 days of the initial purchase if the service has not been significantly used.
- No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods, late cancellations, or unused services.
- Refunds are granted solely at our discretion.
2. Processing Fees
All processing fees are non-refundable once a transaction has been completed.
3. Fraud & Unauthorized Transactions
Refunds may be approved in cases of confirmed fraud, unauthorized payments, or technical errors caused by our platform.
4. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
